They are the current directors of the Trampulim Group.
They act, direct, plan, produce, manage, coordinate and manage all Group projects.
The duo heads but does everything alone ... believes that unity is strength! That's why they have always cultivated partnerships with those that last a lifetime.
Poliana Tuchia, Chaya Vazquez, and Rafael Protzner they are more than the artistic partners of the Group. They are family, clowns, musicians, improvisers, directors, multi artists who, in and out, have always inspired the Group's creative energy flow with joy, above all, their personal experiences, baggage and nonsense in all their forms!
In addition to the stage partners, Trampulim has a heavy team working behind the scenes. They have been key partners of the Group for many years, also part of the Trampulim family, and always work flawlessly, ensuring the exquisite execution of each project.

Adriana Morales | Direction
At Trampulim, she is the lush, mirestróika and mighty Benedita Jacaranda.
Behind the scenes, Adriana Morales is multitasking: mother, director, clown, musician, clown art researcher, executive producer,
text editor, and whatever else is needed. Since embracing the Trampulim group in 1998, replacing an actress from the
Group in one show, made sure they were doing the right thing, in the right place and at the right time! And so it feels to this day ...

Behind the scenes, Adriana Morales is multitasking: mother, director, clown, musician, clown art researcher, executive producer, text editor, and whatever else is needed.
Since embracing the Trampulim group in 1998, replacing a Group actress in a show, she has made sure she was doing the right thing at the right place at the right time! And so it feels to this day ...

Rafael Protzner
Actor, director and theatrical researcher, on the stages of Trampulim Rafael Protzner gives life to the pointed clown Alfinete.
Her career as an artist is marked by two axes of scenic investigation: improvisation and masking,
including the language of clowning.

Polyane Santos
She began her career at the Trampulim Group in 2016 as an intern. He went through all areas of the group (financial, administrative,
production, communication, festivals, projects, archives ...) so competently that of course the clowns never let her go!
Today is the right and left arm in the office, and where else you need it!

Márcio Júnior and Giordano Máximo
Better known as Marcinho and Cisco, respectively, arrived at Trampulim giving their pulim around 2003.
Since then carry Trampulim "back"!
They load and unload trucks, sets, light, sound, assemble and dismantle shows, operate tracks, and even break down,
Capoeiras are the ones that guarantee our safety, mandinga and a lot of nonsense behind the scenes.
They are those partners "stick to all work" and for life!
Márcio Júnior and Giordano Máximo

Isabela Leite
Through the sound of drums, Isabela Leite begins an approach with the Trampulim Group in mid-2010.
But it is with his strength and competence in the area of cultural production that he has established his history in the Group since 2011.
In addition to producing various shows and projects of the Group, also lavishes resourcefulness as an illuminator and guest artist,
already winning even the best makeup award, with the "Batata Doce" clown, at the Piauí National Theater Festival, in 2015.
Isabela Leite
Through the sound of drums, Isabela Leite begins an approach with the Trampulim Group in mid-2010. But it is with her strength and competence in the area of cultural production that she has established her history in the Group since 2011.

Marquinhos or Moichoi, is our stage director and clown for 15 years! Take care of all the technical details of the stage,
coordinate technical staff, check material lists, tune and repair instruments, and so on ...
Besides our cenotechnician, when he takes a djembê, he stars in the scene, and when he puts a clown nose.
Result: Flana between scene and technique with mastery like no one else.

and today is all that; as well as mother, daughter, aunt, sister and our financial manager.

Maria Carolina
Maria Carolina Campos arrived at Trampulim in 2007, and with her look "more straight" than the crooked look of clowns,
mergulhou de cabeça nos projetos culturais do Grupo, de uma maneira tão especial que acabou focando sua vida profissional
in the preparation, consulting, management and monitoring of projects of groups, artists and events from Minas Gerais, São Paulo and
Rio de Janeiro in various incentive laws and artistic languages.
Maria Carolina
Maria Carolina Campos arrived at Trampulim in 2007, and with her “right” look rather than the crooked eyes of the clowns, she plunged headlong into the Group's cultural projects in such a special way that she focused her professional life on drafting, management consulting and monitoring projects of groups, artists and events from Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in the most diverse incentive laws and artistic languages.
